Luca Cordelli

Luca received a Law Degree from University of Siena and an LLM in International Business Law from Fordham University School of Law. He is an Italian Avvocato (1993) New York State Attorney at Law (2003) and English Solicitor (2011).

He has extensive expertise in the cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactional work required by companies doing business internationally. He has developed strategic business partnerships with Private Equity Funds, Italian Banks and high net worth individuals.

He has co-authored several publications on international legal matters, as well as given keynote speeches in legal seminars and workshops.

In 2018, Luca was granted by The President of the Italian Republic the honour of Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella.

Federico Marelli

Federico graduated from Bocconi University having studied Economics and Corporate Law. He is a Dottore Commercialista (2006) and a Chartered Accountant (ACA – 2013). He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

He has extensive experience in both direct and indirect taxation especially in the industrial, engineering, energy and public utilities sectors, and regularly deals with corporate financial structuring, financial services and M&A.

He has had numerous success also in tax litigation cases, restructuring and global tax projects.

Federico has co-authored several publications on Italian tax matters, as well as given keynote speeches in tax seminars and workshops. In his professional practice he often works with academic and institutional representatives and proactively contributed to their best practice policies.

Vittorio Muschitiello

He received a Law Degree (FIRST) from the University of Bari and an LLM in EC Law from the University of Essex.

Vittorio is a Solicitor of England and Wales and Italian Avvocato.

He is a business lawyer focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking, real estate acquisition and finance.
